SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship across Poland and selected European countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

SIZING

How do your products fit?

Every brand has its own sizing.

Please refer to the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.

ORDERS

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to help.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Yes.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, please return your original order and place a new one.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been inspected and approved.

Are your products authentic?

Yes.

Every item sold by Kamonami is sourced directly from the brand or its official distributor.

Will sold-out products be restocked?

Most releases are produced in limited quantities.

Unless stated otherwise, we do not restock.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other payment methods available during checkout.
