Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
Please note: Any additional costs resulting from changes made to the delivery after shipment (such as parcel redirection, address changes, or storage extensions) may be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate a return:
- Go to Returns / Refunds at checkout or contact us at hello@kamonami.com
- We will provide return instructions
- Send the item back via your preferred carrier

EXCHANGES
We do not process direct size exchanges.
If you would like a different size:
– Return the original item for a refund
– Place a new order online
If you need help with sizing, contact us before ordering.
REFUND TIMING
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
Please note: We do not accept returns sent with cash on delivery (COD).
Such shipments will not be collected.
